Q : How to differentiate Osler's nodes and Janeway lesions in SBE patients?
A : Osler's nodes are tender and nodular (swollen), while Janeway lesions aren't

Janeway lesions is a painless maculo papules usually on the palm

Osler nodes is painful nodules on the pulp.
But, we rarely see it nwoadays due to Antibiotic Rx
